Words are our Best Weapon Against the Lies of History (Truth in the Root of the Word).
Bentonite clay is composed of ash made from volcanos. Bentonite clay stems back far in history as a traditional healing method for protecting the body from disease. Because the clay is readily available on the land and required no modern-day processing, it is a natural way of detoxing the body.
The notion of eating clay to produce internal healing will no doubt strike many as farfetched if not a little primitive. But natural clay, especially the form known as bentonite, has not only been used medicinally for centuries by indigenous peoples around the world, but has, in recent years, been increasingly prescribed by practitioners of alternative medicine as a simple but effective internal cleanser to assist in reversing numerous health problems.
Clay is a great healer, according to clay expert Ran Knishinsky in The Clay Cure (Healing Arts Press, 1998), who quips “I have been eating dirt every day for the past six years.” Indeed, in over 200 cultures worldwide, every day people eat or drink clay—the medicinal form of “dirt”—as both a nutritional supplement and detoxifying agent, observes Knishinsky.
It is not ordinary “dirt” of course. The name bentonite refers to a clay first identified (or named) in cretaceous rocks in Fort Benton, Wyoming. Although bentonite deposits occur worldwide, many of the largest concentrations are found in the Great Plains area of North America.
Bentonite clay essentially “seeks” toxins in the body to bind with because naturally any substance that has a missing ion (which gives it its “charge”) looks for oppositely charged types of substances that will make it complete. Upon binding, the clay is then able to help remove toxins, chemicals, impurities, and “heavy metals” from the gut, skin, and mouth that it is bound to.
When ingested into the body, either in a drink form or by eating the clay, its vitamins and minerals are absorbed similarly to how a supplement would be. Therefore some people use it as a supplement since the clay is a natural source of important dietary nutrients.
Bentonite is not a mineral but a commercial name for montmorillonite, the active mineral in many medicinal clays and which comes from weathered volcanic ash. This name derives from Montmorillon, France, where the medicinal mineral was first identified. Sometimes mineralogists use the term smectite instead to describe the same substance.
A VOLCANIC DETOXIFIER—Bentonite, a medicinal powdered clay which is also known as montmorillonite, derives from deposits of weathered volcanic ash. It is one of the most effective natural intestinal detoxifying agents available and has been recognized as such for centuries by native peoples around the world. Whatever the name, liquid clay contains minerals that, once inside the gastrointestinal tract, are able to absorb toxins and deliver mineral nutrients to an impressive degree, says Knishinsky. Liquid clay is inert which means it passes through the body undigested.
Technically, the clay first adsorbs toxins (heavy metals, free radicals, pesticides), attracting them to its extensive surface area where they adhere like flies to sticky paper; then it absorbs the toxins, taking them in the way a sponge mops up a kitchen counter mess.
There is an electrical aspect to bentonite’s ability to bind and absorb toxins. According to Yerba Prima, a company based in Ashland, Oregon, which markets Great Plains® Bentonite, the clay’s minerals are negatively charged while toxins tend to be positively charged; hence the clay’s attraction works like a magnet drawing metal shavings. But it’s even more involved than that.
Once hydrated (combined with water), bentonite has an enormous surface area. According to Yerba Prima, a single quart bottle can represent a total surface area of 960 square yards or 12 American football fields. Bentonite is made of a great number of tiny platelets, with negative electrical charges on their flat surfaces and positive charges on their edges.
When bentonite absorbs water and swells, it is stretched open like a highly porous sponge; the toxins are drawn into these spaces by electrical attraction and bound fast. In fact, according to the Canadian Journal of Microbiology (31 , 50-53), bentonite can absorb pathogenic viruses, aflatoxin (a mold), and pesticides and herbicides including Paraquat and Roundup. The clay is eventually eliminated from the body with the toxins bound to its multiple surfaces.
According to Sonne’s Organic Foods of North Kansas City, Missouri, a company that markets Detoxificant (a liquid montmorillonite), “There is no evidence that bentonite has any chemical action in the body. Its power is purely physical.”
Clay’s adsorptive and absorptive qualities may be the key to its multifaceted healing abilities. Knishinsky reports that drinking clay helped him eliminate painful ganglion cysts (tumors attached to joints and tendons, in his case, in his wrist) in two months, without surgery.
According to Knishinsky, benefits reported by people using liquid clay for a period of two to four weeks include: improved intestinal regularity; relief from chronic constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, and ulcers; a surge in physical energy; clearer complexion; brighter, whiter eyes; enhanced alertness; emotional uplift; improved tissue and gum repair; and increased resistance to infections. “Clay works on the entire organism. No part of the body is left untouched by its healing energies,” he notes.
A medical study by Frederic Damrau, M.D., in 1961 (Medical Annals of the District of Columbia) established clearly that bentonite can end bouts of diarrhea. When 35 individuals (average age 51) suffering from diarrhea took two tablespoons of bentonite in distilled water daily, the diarrhea was relieved in 97% (34 of the 35 patients) in 3.8 days, regardless of the original cause of the problem (allergies, virus infection, spastic colitis, or food poisoning). According to Dr. Damrau, bentonite is “safe and highly effective” in treating acute diarrhea.
Knishinsky’s research suggests that the regular intake of liquid clay (typically one to three tablespoons daily, in divided doses) can produce other benefits including parasite removal from the intestines, allergy and hay fever relief, and elimination of anemia and acne. For example, clay helps anemia because it contains both types of dietary iron (ferrous and ferric) in an easily assimilated form; it reduces discomfort from allergies by quickly neutralizing allergens that would otherwise produce allergic reactions; and it reduces heartburn and indigestion by absorbing excess stomach acids.
However, clay’s forte is probably its role as a general internal detoxification and cleansing agent. According to Keith Payne of White Rock Mineral Corporation in Springville, Utah, clay scrapes and cleans the lining of the colon. “As the colon becomes cleaner, its ability to absorb minerals and other nutrients increases, making the minerals even more bioavailable, thus giving more energy.”
White Rock’s clay, called Bentonite Minerals™, contains 71 trace and ultra-trace minerals, including many that are probably unknown to most consumers, such as ruthenium, tellurium, and thulium. Trace minerals enable the body to absorb nutrients—“they are the bonding agents in and between you and food,” explains Payne.
Bentonite Minerals are derived from an ancient seabed formation in Utah; according to geologists, the clay formed when a layer of volcanic ash fell into what was, long ago, a shallow inland sea. “As the ash filtered through the seawater, it collected pure minerals, forming a layer of highly mineralized clay,” says Payne.
The best way to drink clay is on an empty stomach, or at least an hour before or after a meal or immediately before sleeping at night, says Knishinsky. Typically, clay is available as a thick tasteless, pale-grey gel, but it also comes as a powder or encapsulated.
Generally, it is advisable to start with one tablespoon daily, mixed with a small amount of juice; observe the results for a week, then gradually increase the dosage to no more than four tablespoons daily, in divided doses. Drinking clay can be an annual spring cleaning of your gastrointestinal tract or it can be a symptom-focused, self-care method.
I personally have taken this for over 5 years, usually during seasonal changes.
Recently I got a very bad sore throat. It last for over a week! Which is saying a lot, as I rarely get ill and it usually clears up in a couple of days. To heal myself, I tried all my usual methods, excessive amounts of vitamin C, Baking Soda, Apple Cider Vinegar, Immune System Boosting Herbs…but nothing work! (actually, the Baking Soda did help, but it didn’t sustain.)
This is how I use the Bentonite Clay.
For seasonal cleaning: 1 Tablespoon of Bentonite Clay and 1 Teaspoon of Yerba Psyllium Husk (powder form), into 8 ounces of water. You many want to add 1 or 2 ounces of juice for taste (make sure you observe the sugar and sodium content of the juice you select. It should be Low.) Stir until lumps are gone and it looks like apple sauce. I take this for 3-5 days in the morning on an empty stomach. This helps balance (and cleanse) the body, and prepare it for a new season.
When under the weather: Same formula as above (1 Tablespoon of Bentonite Clay and 1 Teaspoon of Yerba Psyllium Husk); BUT once in the morning and 2 to 3 more times throughout the day. Continue this regimen until the symptoms subside, then take it once a day for a COMPLETE SEVEN DAYS.
Now, you should take it on an empty stomach. You may think this will be hard to follow, but in fact it is very easy. The fiber in the Psyllium Husk is Sooooo filling I only eat once a day. And had to make myself do that. BTW, your skin will look Amazing!!!!
In addition, it may slow down your bowl movement as it gathers all the toxins in the body and ready the body for the elimination. So don’t worry if you haven’t poopied in a couple of days.
Updated July 19, 2014
I am sure all of you are aware we are being poisoned on a massive scale through the air, water, food, vaccines and in-directly by toxic people strategically placed in our environment.
One thing I did years ago when I started my Buddhist practice and wanted to clear my system of toxins was a Hydrogen Peroxide Bath, and daily intake of Food Grade Hydrogen peroxide in my water.
I became faster, (which could also be attributed to chinese herbs I was taking), my skin became clearer (as my skin is naturally Clear, it was very subtle for me), and I begin breathing easier; less tightness in the chest area.
Here’s how it was done:
After, I drained the tub and took a shower.
I felt AMAZING!!! and sleepy, so I took a nap!
(later I woke up, ate dinner, watched a movie, then went back to bed)
The next morning I had so much energy. It was hard for me to contain myself! I wanted to jump around, climb on things, do cartwheels…(I’m not kidding either.)
NEXT, the daily maintenance…
Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide in Your Water….Bubbles of Life!
Oxygen from the hydrogen peroxide bubbles in the lining of the lungs, removes mucus and debris accumulated and you begin to “coughs it up”. The peroxide cleans the surfaces of the lungs and kills any bacterial infections present. It improves breathing and in some cases oxygen therapy, asthma medicine, and other forms of medications are no longer needed.
The use of H2O2 therapy dates back as far back as the 1920s. It was used to treat the pneumonia epidemic after World War I; and the use of hydrogen peroxide to treat bacterial-related mental illness, skin disease, polio and more.
Aerobic versus Anerobic
While we are discussing enemas and douches, there is another misconception about H202 I need to address. The friendly bacteria in the colon and vagina are aerobic. In other words, they flourish in high oxygen environments and thrive in the presence of oxygen rich H202. On the other hand, most strains of harmful bacteria (and cancer cells) are anaerobic and cannot survive in the presence of oxygen or H202. We can agree that hydrogen peroxide produced within individual body cells is essential for life. And no one doubts its effectiveness when it comes to treating infections topically. The controversy deals with ingesting the substance orally or introducing it into the body intravenously. The dispute has been going on for decades, and considering the attitude of our medical community, it will continue for many more decades to come.
Do You Want to Fly!? Increasing Tissue Oxygen Levels
It is common knowledge that our oxygen needs are not being met. Chlorinated water decreases our oxygen levels in our bodies. Processed food contains less oxygen to feed our organs. Antibiotic use, hydrogenation, and pollution all contribute to our body’s lack of available oxygen. It is also supported by years of research that the most common illnesses currently plaguing our society are directly correlated with oxygen deprivation including, but not limited to:
3.5% Pharmaceutical Grade (For Bath): This is the grade sold at your local drugstore or supermarket. This product is not recommended for internal use. It contains an assortment of stabilizers which shouldn’t be ingested.
Thirty-five percent (35%) Food Grade (For Mouth): This is used in the production of foods like cheese, eggs, and whey-containing products. It is also sprayed on the foil lining of aseptic packages containing fruit juices and milk products. THIS IS THE ONLY GRADE RECOMMENDED FOR INTERNAL USE. It is available in pints, quarts, gallons.
1) handled carefully (direct contact will burn the skin–immediate flushing with water is recommended).
2) diluted properly before use. 3) stored safely and properly (after making a dilution the remainder should be stored tightly sealed in the freezer).
One of the most convenient methods of dispensing 35% H202 is from a small glass eye dropper bottle. These can be purchased at your local drugstore. Fill this with the 35% H202 and store the larger container in the freezer compartment of your refrigerator until more is needed. Store the eye dropper bottle in the refrigerator. The generally recommended dosage is outlined in the chart below. The drops are mixed with either 6 to 8 ounces of distilled water, juice, milk or even aloe vera juice or gel. (Don’t use chlorinated tap water to dilute the peroxide!)
The program outlined is only a suggestion, but it is based on years of experience, and reports from thousands of users. Those who choose to go at a slower pace can expect to progress more slowly, but that certainly is an option. The program is not carved in stone and keep in mind that it can be adapted to fit individual needs. Individuals who have had transplants should not undertake an H202 program. H202 stimulates the immune system and could possibly cause a rejection of the organ.
Day # -Number of Drops/ Times Per Day
1 – 3 / 3
2 – 4 / 3
3 – 5 / 3
4 – 6 / 3
5 – 7 / 3
6 – 8 / 3
7 – 9 / 3
8 – 10 / 3
9 – 12 / 3
10 – 14 / 3
11 – 16 / 3
12 – 18 / 3
13 – 20 / 3
14 – 22 / 3
15 – 24 / 3
16 – 25 / 3
In most situations after the above 21 day program, the amount of H202 can be tapered off gradually as follows:
25 drops once every other day for 1 week
25 drops once every third day for 2 weeks
25 drops once every fourth day for 3 weeks
This can then be reduced to between 5 and 15 drops per week based on how one feels. Those with more serious problems will often benefit from staying on 25 drops three times a day for one to three weeks, then tapering down to 25 drops two times daily until the problem is resolved (possibly as long as six months). Those with chronic systemic Candidiasis may need to start with 1 drop three times a day, then 2 drops three times a day before starting the above schedule. It is important that H202 be taken on an empty stomach. This is best accomplished by taking it either one hour before meals or three hours after meals. If there is food in the stomach, the reaction of H202 on any bacteria present may cause excess foaming, indigestion, and possibly even vomiting. Additionally, some animal research indicates that when H202 given orally combines with iron and small amounts of vitamin C in the stomach, hydroxyl radicals are created (J Inorg Biochem 89;35(1):55-69).
The bleach-like aftertaste of H202 can be lessened by chewing one of the sugar-free cinnamon gums. Some individuals taking H202 immediately before bedtime have a difficult time getting to sleep. This is probably due to a sense of alertness triggered by an increase of oxygen at the cellular level. The oral dosage schedule is basically the same for all conditions. There are several points to keep in mind, however.
Some individuals may experience upset stomach. If this occurs it is recommended that one not stop the program, but rather remain at the current dosage level or reduce it to the previous level until the problem stops.
(Some patients have been able to solve the nausea problem by taking three or four lecithin capsules at the same time they take the H202.)
During the program it’s not uncommon to experience what is known as a healing crisis. As dead bacteria and toxins are released from your body it may temporarily exceed your capacity to eliminate them quickly enough. In some individuals this overload may cause fatigue, diarrhea, headaches, skin eruptions, cold or flu-like symptoms, and/or nausea. One should not discontinue using the peroxide to stop this cleansing. By continuing the program, toxins will clear the body sooner and this healing crisis will pass rather quickly.
If you are not already taking vitamin E and an acidophilus product, I recommend starting them before going on H202. Vitamin E can make more efficient use of any oxygen available and acidophilus will help re-establish the beneficial bacterial flora in the lower bowel and also help in the internal production of hydrogen peroxide.
Making and Using 3% Solutions of H2O2
A 3.5% solution can be made quite easily by first pouring 1 ounce of 35% H202 into a pint jar. To this add 11 ounces of distilled water. This will make 12 ounces of 3.5% H202. 3.5% H202 has a variety of medicinal uses.
1. Three tablespoons mixed with a quart of non-chlorinated water makes a good enema or douche formula.
2. It can be used full strength as a mouthwash or mixed with baking soda for toothpaste.
3. It can be used full strength as a foot bath for athlete’s foot. (Diabetics have found relief from circulation problems by soaking their feet in 1 pint of 3% peroxide mixed with 1 gallon of warm, non-chlorinated water for 30 minutes nightly.)
4. A tablespoon added to 1 cup of non-chlorinated water can be used as a nasal spray. Depending on the degree of sinus involvement, one will have to adjust the amount of peroxide used. I have seen some who can use it at the full 3% strength and others who had difficulty with using a few drops and mixed with a cup of water.
5. 3.5% H202 can be added to pets drinking water at the rate of 1 ounce per quart of non-chlorinated water.
Sick cattle reportedly benefit from 1 pint (of 3%) to each 5 gallons of water. (Chickens and cows have remained healthy by using 8 ounces of 35% H202 per 1,000 gallons of drinking water.)

The Healing Power of MAGNETS!
Place magnets (on the north side) on the part of your body that is in pain, aching, unexpected bump/lump and heal yourself naturally overnight!
NOTE: These magnets are THE SHIT! How do I know, because these bastards keep stealing them. I would put them on my temples if I had a headache, put them on my lower back if it was hurting, put it on a bump and overnight, by the next morning I was feeling like a 12 year old. Wanting to climb on things, (thinking) I bet I could climb that. I wonder how fast I could climb that?
Now, if you cannot find these magnets, don’t worry. You can use any magnet and it will have the same effect.
Don’t Have Magnets…Charge Pennies:
If you cannot get a hold of any magnets, charge what you have to the frequency of the Earth Magnets (Neodymium Magnets). Get yourself some pennies and place the image of the Gold Neodymium Magnets over pennies. Allow the frequency from the image to charge the pennies (change their frequency to the Gold Neodymium Magnets frequency). Place energy around / or near them. Like near an outlet (in the same area but not in or on it), in the Sun, or near running water. Any kind of moving energy.
Allow them to charge for at least three-days before moving or using them.
…and for headaches, use a headband. Sew one on each side of the temple and in the front and back of the head. Like magic it will just DISAPPEAR!
