They were forced from their lands into extreme conditions. But that wasn’t enough for the church. They sent informants to see how they were coping. Denmark-Norway nonetheless claimed the territory, and, after several centuries of no contact between the Norse Greenlanders and the Scandinavian ‘motherland’, it was feared that the Greenlanders had lapsed back into paganism; so, a missionary expedition was sent out to reinstate Christianity in 1721.
However, since none of the lost Norse Greenlanders was found, Denmark-Norway instead proceeded to baptize the local Inuit Greenlanders and develop trading colonies along the coast as part of its aspirations as a colonial power. Colonial privileges were retained, such as trade monopoly.
Having been claimed by Denmark–Norway for centuries, Greenland (Danish: Grønland) became a Danish colony in 1814, and a part of the Danish Realm in 1953 under the Constitution of Denmark.
The prehistory of Greenland is a story of repeated waves of pre-Eskimo/ancient Inuit (indigenous people) immigration from islands north of the North American mainland. Greenland being one of the furthest outposts of their culture, life was constantly on the edge.
As you will note from your research some people continuously searched for Greenland (or its original inhabitants). History fails to mention the many battles fought there to keep something at bay. Indigenous Cultures of the Arctic:
The Dorset: According to legend, the First Inhabitants were “giants”, people who were taller and stronger. Dorset culture may have originated in the Foxe Basin area between the mouth of Hudson Bay and Baffin Island. You will see this same region mentioned again.
The legend contents, after the Early Dorset culture disappeared around 200 AD, the island was uninhabited for several centuries. The next immigrants to arrive from Canada, perhaps as early as 800 AD, settled the northwest part of the island, bringing with them the so-called Late Dorset culture, which survived until about 1300 AD. The Norse arrived and settled in the southern part of the island in 980 AD. European scholars like to say this groups of people went extinct, but it is well documented that the culture of the people called Dorset was practiced later by other indigenous tribes.
Scholars believe the Dorset and the later Thule people were the peoples encountered by the Norse. The Norse called these indigenous peoples skræling, which are known today as Inuit.
Thule Tradition, which lasted from about 200 BC to 1100 (when they came into contact with the latter-date Vikings). During this time of ‘discovery’ by the latter-date Vikings and Europeans 1100 and 1400, eastern Thule begin to spread out throughout the high arctic and into the south. Finally some Thule people moved to the Hudson’s Bay region, and on the shores of the Foxe Basin, along the mainland from the Mackenzie Delta to Melville Peninsula.
Thule peoples, or proto-Inuit, are related to the original Inuit, but are not the ancestors of the present-day arctic people.
The Skræling/Inuit
The Inuit meaning “the people”, “the real people” are a group of culturally similar indigenous peoples inhabiting the Arctic regions of Greenland, Iceland, Canada, and the Americas.
Skræling (Inuit) is the name Norse Greenlanders used for the indigenous peoples they encountered in North America and Greenland. In surviving sources, it is first applied to the Thule people, the proto-Inuit group with whom the latter-date Norse ‘discovered’ in Greenland around the 13th century. With each new wave of European ‘discovery’ the name of the indigenous people changed, but I content they were all the same people, at least up until the Little Ice Age and Black Death ravished most of Europe.
The Greenlanders’ Saga and the Saga of Erik the Red, (which were written in the 13th century), use this same term for the people of the area known as Vinland (America) to describe the people whom the Norse encountered during their expeditions there in the early 11th century.
The word skræling is the only word surviving from the Old Norse dialect spoken by the mediæval Norse Greenlanders *(medieval Norse Greenlanders denotes the Indigenous People). In modern Icelandic, skrælingi means a barbarian or foreigner. The origin of the word is not certain. Modern Norwegian and Danish Skræling or skrælling means weakling. Another explanation for the etymology of the word skræling is proposed by Kirsten Seaver in her work “‘Pygmies’ of the Far North.”
The Pygmy was a known idea to later explorers like Leif Eriksson who described North America as a foreign and inhospitable land on the edges of the world. Kirsten Seaver contends that the word skræling was a direct Old Norse translation of the Latin word Pygmaei, and referred to this newly discovered and misinterpreted monster race of indigenous people in North America.
Our notion of giants and pygmies requires re-examined to determine what these early explorers were trying to convey. The modern-day interpretation leaves far too much to the imagination and its truer meaning may have something to do with an ability, rather than physical appearance.

Back in 2012, someone translated them to me. While she read them, I asked her who was Us? She said that it referred to everybody, the people. I asked her, to read them again…this time slowly. Affidavit of Fact
Adverse Repossession By Landowner and Sovereign Authority.
I, Sovereign Crown Denderah- Cherokee-Washitaw-Brothers:El, adverse repossess the land dwelling, fixtures and furnituring at 35.28376 latitude and -80.865773 longitude respectively.
Repossession becomes an act of necessity and is a “self-help” type of action in which the party having right of ownership of the property in question takes the property back from the party who took it possession of it (or its acting representative) without invoking courts.
[Note: Courts cannot rule or make judgments when they lack jurisdiction.]
Fee Simple Definition: Land ownership status in which the owner holds title and control of property. The owner make decisions about the land use, sell the land without government oversight.
As the Indigenous Heir to these lands whose history and inheritance is tied to the land I claim these lands and property. Property repossessed by the indigenous landowner is both legal and lawful.
Thus, Adverse Repossession measures as interpreted by courts, states and state citizens are not applicable to landowners. Landowners simply possess the land or declare their property as informed consent.

To acknowledge the contribution of the Iroquois Confederacy of Nations to the development of the United States Constitution and to reaffirm the continuing government-to-government relationship between Indian tribes and the United States established in the Constitution.
Whereas the original framers of the Constitution, including, most notably, George Washington and Benjamin Franklin, are known to have greatly admired the concepts of the Six Nations of the Iroquois Confederacy;
Whereas the confederation of the original Thirteen Colonies into one republic was influenced by the political system developed by the Iroquois Confederacy as were many of the democratic principles which were incorporated into the Constitution itself;
Reaffirms the government-to-government relationship between the United States and Indian tribes.
Reaffirms the trust responsibility and obligation of the Government to Indian tribes, including Alaska Natives.

On June 27, 2016 [End Time] the above press releases were given to the City Clerks office to file. It is noted on their website they serve as the historian to the community and their history goes back to the 11th century (1200’s). So It was equally as important these documents get filed there.
Initially I was told maybe it should go to another department. But I knew from the information on their website it was the right place as it pre-dates current history. In the end I left with stamped copies and they had theirs in hand as I walked out the door.
Next I met with the Recorder of Deeds, and spoke to their supervisor. She read over the Affidavit of Fact and assisted in getting it immediately in their records as Public Notice.
The documents consisted of the Affidavit of Fact, the first page of the Affidavit of Truth from June 27, 2011, and the above Press Releases. So it is in their system and is Informed Consent.
I will update this information to the Press Release- Public Notice-Public Record. Thank you all for your help in getting this information out and to the general public. .
